In the process of decommissioning nuclear processing facilities, there is a risk that the radioactive decay of uranium will emit radiation. To protect from potential radiation emitted by contaminated materials moved in the decommissioning process, Romar Innovate set up a dedicated & regulated PVC production facility. Our production facility makes customized PVC containment products.

Today, Romar Innovate has 30+ year’s continuous experience supplying PVC containment products to the British nuclear industry. We do this to the most stringent and transparent standards. Romar is the sole PVC containment supplier to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).

In keeping with the clean & sustainable values of the nuclear sector, Romar Innovate is carbon positive accredited. We operate to EN ISO9001, (Quality), EN ISO 14001 (Green / Environmental) & EN ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards. Furthermore, Romar Innovate is audited to NDA Tier 2 standards (exceptionally rigorous).
